"Marco was very kind, with an extremely comfortable car (amazing large GPS screen we could see from the back seat). He parked as close as possible to our Bologna hotel and helped with our heavy bags. He is a highly skilled driver. It was raining in Ravenna and he helped us buzz ourselves in to the Room & Breakfast, keeping us and our bags as dry as possible. FIVE STARS."

"My experience with DayTrip was very good both in booking as well as with the driver. After some back-and-forth to understand my request of a stopover in the same city as the destination, DayTrip was able to coordinate a driver and have everything set. Although the driver was a few minutes late for pickup due to an event happening that day with some street closers, we were delivered safely and on time. The driver also helped arrange a restaurant for out stopover so we could have lunch. It was excellent and someplace we would not have found being unfamiliar with the area. An all around well done, and a business I would definitely work with again. Our driver, Ala C., was excellent."
