"Daytrip really saved us a lot! Even the other trips we took (Prague to Berlin, and now as I’m typing this Berlin to Copenhagen) everything is great with the drivers and the cars. Will definitely use this again once I’m back in Europe and will recommend it to others."

"Dear Bryan We thank you for your email and your concern. The transfer with Stepan went very well. Amongst all the trips we booked with you this year, this was the best; 10/ 10 if we were to rank it. Stepan was very likeable, patient attentive and prepared. He was fluent in English and we enjoyed chatting with him. He dropped us off very near the sights with minimal walking. He was knowledgeable with the sights and places we visited. He accompanied us to the sights and waited patiently as we took pictures. He took the time to check the routes we were supposed to take beforehand. He was concerned that we were comfortable with the temperature of the air con, the speed he was driving and that we have legroom at the back. His car was clean, well maintained and spacious. He took time to get water and snacks for the trip although we didn’t eat them. The ride was smooth. He was a very alert and careful throughout despite the very long journey and we managed to get some snooze along the way. We encountered a road accident along the way and had to wait for about 50 minutes I think. We were restless but he was cool and relaxed all the time despite the delay. We got into Copenhagen around 9:30 and asked if we could make a quick stop in kfc which was near the hotel and he obliged happily . (We gave him extra for the stop though ; 700 euros instead of 658 ) It was new year and our first time in Copenhagen. We worried that the restaurants maybe be closed by the time we have check in to the hotel. Even though it was a very long day for Stepan, he didn’t seem tired or rushing until he dropped us off.
