"The driver arrived ahead of time in Bath to insure that we would arrive on time in London. He was very accommodating of our request for a rest stop and made every effort to insure that we would find our way back to the vehicle. The ride itself was very smooth, despite quite a bit of traffic in the approach to London. We enjoyed chatting with him a bit about life in the UK at the present time. He made the trip very efficient and pleasurable."

"We had a great experience! Booking on Day Trip was very easy. Our driver Stefan was very friendly and courteous, he was on time, and his vehicle was top-notch. Our trip included a stop at Highclere Castle for an added cost but unfortunately it was closed that day. While we understand it is the customer's responsibility to check the operating days/hours, it would be a helpful feature if the excursions that Day Trip advertises included operation schedules (if consistent). Thus customers will know not to book that excursion, for example, on Mondays. Stefan was so kind to suggest stopping at Windsor Castle instead, on the way to our drop-off destination. That was a wonderful alternative! We highly recommend a Day Trip with Stefan, and Day Trip overall! "
