"Despite some stress (see below) we enjoyed our ride from Bar to Dubrovnik. The car was modern, air-conditioned and very comfortable and our driver Mashan(?) spoke excellent English and was friendly and very informative. There was no problem stopping to take photos of the beautiful scenery and Mashan was very familiar with the area and knew the fastest route and best border crossing. this became very important as we had arranged our itinerary, which included catching a ferry at Dubrovnik, around the journey duration given on your website. It quickly became clear, when we joined the holiday traffic on the main road, that we hadn’t allowed nearly enough time. Fortunately, thanks to Mashan, by skipping our planned one and a half hour stop in Perast and using a lesser known border crossing, we were able to make our connection."
