"Dimitri was a very good driver and it helped that he is a driving instructor and a very lovely young man. He drove us from Athens to Lefkada to our Villa. We felt very safe all the way. We stopped for a break at Corinth Canal and lunch at Nafpaktos. It’s a 5 hour journey and we saw parts of Greece mainland we have never seen before. The main bus line operating trips between these two cities is KTEL Lefkadas. They provide travelers with three possible trips daily with an early morning, afternoon, and evening bus. A trip takes about five and a half hours and a ticket costs between $33 and $50.
