"I was really happy with the transfer from LA Airport to Palm Springs on 11 November 2024. The driver Salim was very friendly and helpful. He was on time with the pickup and the whole process went very smoothly. I was greatly assisted by the fact that prior to the transfer Daytrip emailed me detailed information to assist with the arrangements including name and phone number of driver, description and number plate of vehicle, confirmation of pickup time etc. This was especially useful when the pickup was from LAX which is very bustling with people and vehicles etc as it ensured that there was no confusion and I was able to identify the driver quickly and easily. I was further assisted by the fact that Salim called me as his car was approaching the parking area, so that I knew exactly the correct spot to wait for him. I was very happy with the service provided by Daytrip and would have no hesitation to use them again. "

"Our experience was very good. Our driver Salim met us at the luggage carousel at LAX and helped us carry our bags to the vehicle. He was courteous and friendly and interesting to talk to during the trip. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. We arrived in Palm Springs in a timely manner. We have already recommended the service to some of our friends and would not hesitate to use it again."
