"We had a very pleasant drive with Igor. He reached our hotel and helped us with the bags, loved hearing about Bratislava from him on the way. We made a stopover for an hour at Bad Ichol and we were 10 minutes late to reach Igor due to a toilet emergency but he was very understanding. He took us right up to the door of our Vienna hotel .
