"We were well looked after by Dusan who was waiting for us at the hotel lobby. He assisted us with our luggage and my husband's mobility scooter. He was helpful and soft spoken and knowledgeable. Although we had requested a stop at Lednice Castle, we didn't get to see much of the place as it started to rain when we arrived. It was fine as we were able to have hot soup and sandwiches hoping for the rain to stop. Unfortunately, luck was not with us so we carried on with our drive to Prague.
Overall, we had a lovely, comfortable and safe drive to Prague. Although it was quite a long trip, Dusan made a few rest breaks for us, even going out of his way to try and get the car as close to the service station as possible so that my husband doesn't have to walk too far. He was kind and considerate.
