Packard Motor Museum
The worldâs largest collection of classic Packard cars, as well as other machinery, tells the tale of the industrial age.
Om
The Packard Motor Museum was the passion project of Graeme Craw, who would collect old vehicles and machinery before they were scrapped. Housed in an old dairy factory, the collection is centered around 52 Packard motor cars from 1919 to 1958. Considered the American equivalent to Rolls Royce, Packards were often custom made for the wealthy. To further solidify the Rolls Royce connection, during World War II Packard produced the Rolls Royce designed engines used in the P51 Mustang, and PT boats. Along with the classic luxury cars and wartime engines, the museum exhibits motorcycles, tractors, trains, earth-moving machinery, and even potato mashers!
