"Our trip from Zurich to Lauterbrunnen could not have gone better. Ali, our driver, proved to be much more than a driver. He met us at our hotel pick-up point early and then proceeded to load our heavy international luggage. He had bottled water staged for the four of us. He was super polite and informative and very flexible, dropping us off at our enroute stops and always there when we were ready to depart. We could not have had a better driver or experience. The van was impeccably clean and would hope that he might be available on future daytrip reservations. Well done Ali. "
"We had a good experience with Day Trip. The cost for our family of four was similar to what we would've paid by train to our destination, and we didn't have to figure out navigation after a plane ride. Nikolay was quick to text me and arrange meet times. He met us within minutes of our arrival at the pickup lane. The ride was smooth and he was friendly. He had bottled water available for each of us.
Mary was in contact with me via email before our arrival in Zurich to make sure our last minute arrangement would work and I appreciated that.
My only suggestions for improvement would be for the driver to check with passengers to see if anyone needs bathroom stops along the way should they be required. Otherwise we made good time and everything went smoothly. 😊 Will recommend!
