I couldn't recommend this anymore if I tried. My driver, Ramazan was nothing short of amazing and I was lucky to also have him on my trip back from Saranda to Tirana.
He was right on time and super helpful. He knew all the cool and notable places and gave me history lessons throughout our drive. He was super patient at my stops and even recommended a quick detour to the Blue Eye which I hadn't included in my trip. It turned out to be the best experience. He sent me restaurant recommendations and helped me secure an airport ride as I hadn't booked one.
