"We had a very good experience on our trip from Tirana to Berat. We really liked the fact that you sent us an email a few days before our trip with the details of our driver. Florjan collected us on time and was a very good driver. He was very courteous and helpful particularly because our hotel in Berat was very difficult to find as there was no road to the hotel. Florjan also drove us from Berat to Sarande and he was exceptionally helpful in finding us alternative accommodation when the hotel we had booked turned out to be closed. We Very impressed with the service provided by your company and will probably use you again in the future. We will definitely recommend your company as a five star service."
