"Giampaolo L was wonderful. We had a great day with him. He was friendly, helpful and patient. He was flexible as well ,which was much appreciated. Our son was hungry and he gave us extra time at one of the stops to eat. The van was clean, large, and he had plenty of extras - candy, water, chargers, ect. - a very nice touch.
