"We loved driving with Jonas in the Dominican Republic from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana. He was very kind and friendly and was very attentive to our needs. Even when we had to make a stop to go grocery shopping and when the Airbnb who booked had a false address. He called our host and found new directions to the correct Airbnb. We simply couldnât have been able to get there without his help and kindness.
On the road we learned a lot about the Dominican culture. His English was flawless so there was no misunderstandings ever.
In conclusion we have never experienced costumer service on that level!
