"Our trip with Francisco from San Antonia to Valparaiso to Santiago was one of the highlights of our three week trip to South America. Francisco was a last minute substitute driver and his English was limited, but he was extremely kind, cordial and accommodating to all of our needs. And despite the language barrier, he tried to point out as many interesting sites along the way as he could. In Valparaiso, he took us to the heart of the historic district and carefully directed us to all of the highlights of that fascinating area. The trip to the winery in Casablanca was the grand finale of our tour. We had an OUTSTANDING lunch at the winery restaurant---the kind of restaurant experience that you remember for years and years. The scenery at the winery was also unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour!"

Our trip was wonderful. It was a smooth sailing. Fernando, Luis and Humberto are amazing. They were kind, patient, helpful and caring. I highly recommend Humberto because he speaks English that helps a lot besides from what I mention above. He help us find a nice hotel because our booked hotel told us our reservations were canceled by Expedia but Expedia did not cancel it so Expedia took them off from their list.
Humberto bend over backwards to welcome us to Chile. I highly recommend him and of course your company Daytrip.

"Ramiro was great. We had no trouble meeting up. He arrived a few minutes early and the information you provided (profile picture, license plate number etc) made locating him super easy. Ramiro was always helpful and polite and interesting too: he looked after our bags and gave us a constant patter of contextual information about where we were throughout the day, about the local industries, historical development of the regions we passed through and pointing out nice photo opportunities. Ramiro's English is good, which made my English-only-speaking partner and parent more comfortable. Ramiro forgot to bring his phone but we were able to navigate to our hotel with surprisingly little trouble. I'm really pleased we booked the transfer from the bus terminal near the port at San Antonio to our hotel in Santiago via a short diversion thru Valparaíso for a few photo stops. It made a boring transfer into a proprr holiday activity.
