"We would like to compliment your driver, Pedro, who waited 2+ hours for us at the airport while we waited in a very crowded terminal with thousands of others to clear customs. This cost him a lot in parking fees. I was so very happy to have had a cellphone to communicate with him. (even though the signs said that we were not allowed to use one.) Otherwise, he may have left. Please advise future passengers of the possibly unbelievably long delay in customs and the 1 1/2 hour wait for luggage at the carousel. Also, a cellphone is invaluable. Your driver was friendly, fluent in English, and used his experience as a tour guide to explain interesting things about our surroundings. "

Once we arrived Blas was connecting with us helping us to navigate our way to him. He connected through what’s app which I happened to have and it worked very well.
