"We had a very good experience on our trip. We had to book last minute because of a flight change and were able to get a driver in a timely manner. Our flight landed a little early, and Bernard was easy and agreeable to pick us up ahead of schedule.
Bernard was friendly/personable, knowledgeable about the area, and helped us catch a boat shuttle on arrival to Panajachel. We felt safe the entire time we were with him and genuinely enjoyed his company.

"We had a great experience! The driver was kind, fun to talk to, and really went above and beyond in making our trip comfortable and memorable!
He stopped to get us lunch, and at some view points, and delivered us onto a boat as well once we reached Lake AtitlĂĄn.
There was some confusion with our booking because of the flight we hadâ it was canceled changed etcâ but everyone was flexible and our driver was there right when we needed him.
He was great! The journey was smooth, and we are glad we booked! "
"Fantastic! Johnny reached out to me before my trip to assure me he would be there. While I was. boarding my flight he contacted me to tell me he would be keeping an eye on my flight arrival. He watched my flight and realized I was getting in early so he arrived early as well to be sure he was there after coming out of customs. The drive was a 3 hour one way transfer into the mountains with winding roads. Johnny is a skilled driver with acute focus. He always maintained lane integrity and remained personable. I would not always expect to have great dialogue on a transfer but Johnny is a great conversationalist and welcomed me to Guatemala warmly. Thank you for your service!
