None of us knew that the Madrid Marathon was being set up right in front of our hotel, so it was not easy to drop us off. My family enjoy our ride from location to location throughout Spain (Barcelona to Madrid to Toledo to Seville) and Portugal (Lisbon).
The drivers were polite and friendly. Providing water for us and did their best for us to enjoy our journey.
In one of our stop, my sister left behind her bag and the driver promptly return to us with everything in tact.
The journey are long and the roads are straight. We find it tiring but the drivers all enjoy their job and enjoy driving. It is great to hear that.
The drivers also tried their best to converse with us in English which we greatly appreciate.

"To answer your question, our driver Julia V who took us from Barcelona to Madrid was very punctual, courteous, well dressed/groomed and respectful. He also kindly helped us with our luggage on and off the car.
The car itself was very clean and comfortable, we had absolutely no problems at all. Also, he was very accommodating as we cancelled out one of our stops due to the time frame and he kindly made a short stop instead at an appropriate place for refreshments and a cup of tea/coffee. It was an excellent spot and he even bought us some pastries as a snack which was most thoughtful. One of the persons in our group is diabetic so he made sure he bought a sugar free item for him. We would not at all hesitate to recommend him to future customers. Though we managed to communicate in English with him and with some broken Spanish on our side, it would be in his benefit to take a few English lessons to improve his already EXCELLENT service. This is by no means a criticism, just a helpful suggestion."
