"Serge was outstanding! He was punctual even though it was difficult for him to enter into the pedestrian area of Avignon, and was well presented and professional. He went above and beyond to assure us of a safe and very informative trip. Serge was extremely entertaining and has a vast and varied knowledge that kept us amused and enthralled throughout the whole trip. Again he experienced difficulties entering our final destination which was also a pedestrian town but took time to navigate the systems and area to drop us off directly at our Airbnb, assisting us with our luggage and offered any further assistance if we needed.

"I loved the whole experience. Our driver, Laurent, was very professional, punctual, helpful and courteous. He drove well and not crazy. The van was very comfortable. Laurent was faced with a challenge in getting us to the hotel door due to the market and the location of our hotel. He contacted the hotel by telephone and arranged for us to be dropped off right at the front door! We appreciated that.
One thing: I was not clear if the tip to the driver was included or not; we tipped him extra if it was.
We used you at the end of our trip; I would have used you all through the trip if I knew about the company! Found you on the internet looking for transportation from Avignon to Aix en Provence."
