"Khatib was the best. He went above and beyond - he stepped up talking to people in German as he knows we dont speak German when we encounter an issue where to be dropped off ti get our car rental. It might be the most common thing to do but we appreciated him as he never left us and drop us off where the plan was - he made sure we are ok and being taken cared of before he left.

"I really had fun with this service. I would like to give my appreciation to Alex. He was really mindful with our needs and provided extra assistance. There are welcome drinks and chocolates he provided for us to have some energy.
We also did not have a hard time communicating with the driver as he messaged us prior of our trip. He also went extra mile since I donโt have a local cellphone number, yet he still continued to message me to discuss our location. He also accommodated our changes in the trip such as the time and number of person in short period of time.
As for the customer service, they are very responsive and we also appreciate them for giving us a relaxing trip. The website is also easy to navigate since it has detailed information on the locations we will visit.
This is such a superb service and will definitely use this service when we return to Europe. "

We had a fantastic trip! Stoian was very friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived to our destination because I donโt speak German. Iโm happy this trip worked out because it would have been quite a hassle to try and go to Fussen by train from Zurich. This car ride gave us way more flexibility and time.
