"I can tell you that our experience with Robert was outstanding. He kept in contact with me on the day before the trip. He was early on the pick up, assisted with the bags to the car, which had to be parked a couple of blocks from the hotel due to no car zone around the hotel area. He was pleasant, humorous, and readily answered questions that we put forth. We arrived at Plitvice lakes on time. He provided us water for our hike. He parked the car, and walked us up to the entrance. He confirmed we had access to WiFi and confirmed the information for connecting after the hike. After the hike I texted him and he was there to pick us up within minutes. On our trip from Plitvice Lakes to Zadar he took a country road (instead of highway) and readily told us about the area. Once we got to our accommodations in Zadar, he contacted the owner of the apartment we were staying in. Robert got the bags out of the car and stayed with us until the owner arrived. Throughout the trip he obeyed the speed limits and we felt very comfortable with his professional driving skills.
