"I was grateful for the driver giving me a call and trying to connect with us at the meeting point. Funny thing is I didn't know I had an accent. The driver Cosmin was really accommodating offering water and able to answer our questions about the area we visited. He was very professional and got us to our destination quickly and safely. "Paolo showed up right on time and was very helpful in getting my luggage to the car. He was an excellent driver and I appreciated his excellent English since I don’t speak much Italian. The stop in Ferrara was interesting and at a good point in the trip to stretch my legs. There was a bit of confusion with my hotel in Florence since Paolo had mixed up my reservation with that of another client, but we were able to get that squared away quickly. The only recommendation I would make would be to verify upfront regarding the exact destination and given all the restricted ZTLs in central Florence, ensure that there has been coordination with the Hotel regarding access. All of that said, I would still rate Daytrip very highly and I would not hesitate to book another trip with Paolo again as my driver. He delivered my luggage and me safely and comfortably and on time, and I enjoyed our conversation the entire way."
