"Dusan was a good driver. He met us in hotel reception at pick up and it was clear instructions where to meet after our stops. He had good knowledge of Serbia (and all of Balkan) and we learned a lot from him. He adjusted the way we drove since he saw that there was long wait at the normal border crossing so we got a lovely drive through the mountains instead for another boarder crossing without waitning times. So have only good things to say about the driver and the service itself.

Filip was ready and waiting before our departure time. He said to let him know if we was too hot or too cold or if we needed to stop for the toilet or food/drink.
We booked a stop to Nis, which Iโm glad we did to break up the long journey. Filip took us to skull tower which was very interesting, then dropped us off in the main square to let us explore.
Upon arrival in Skopje, Filip was informative and told us where the main areas were.

The two stops were not that interesting. Not your issue. Just a fact. But thatโs OK to get a feel for the country we were travelling through.

"How was Goran, you ask? It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Goran took me from Belgrade to Skopje, and then the next day from Skopje to Pristina. This was my first experience with Daytrip, and I didn't know what to expect from the driver/guide. Goran and I talked the day before, he was prompt and on time (early). He has a GREAT personality. I was expecting to be simply driven around by someone who spoke a little English. Goran is so fluent in English, he even understand American humor. During the drive, we were able to tell each other jokes, and tell stories about our own cultures. Goran gave me so much knowledge about the culture and people in the region. This is EXACTLY the type of experience I was looking for. Originally, I had considered taking a bus or train between the cities, I am so glad I didn't. Goran introduced me to some local food, as well as translating and explaining things we were seeing as we took walks at the stops. When we were in Skopje, he drove me through the city and showed me some of the sites, as well as stopping at a little shop for tea -- an experience I would not normally have had. Being from Skopje, Goran knew of a few ancient Roman sites, including an aqueduct. He graciously took me to see these wonders on the way to Pristina. I found him to be very courteous, professional, knowledgable, and fun. I enjoyed the two days I spent with Goran. I consider him a friend.
