"Franco was beyond amazing. He was so accommodating. He saved the day for us. We were not going to make it back from Vesuvius to Pompeii in time for the pick up. I contacted him and he gave us options to either come get us at Vesuvius or meet us a little later in Pompeii. We opted for him to come get us. In the meantime we both lost reception and he found us on the side of the road. We was amazing and we appreciated him so much. We enjoyed the great conversation and friendly attitude. I cannot thank him enough for doing what he did for us!"
