We arrived a bit early to our pick up location and it was unfortunately raining while we had our luggage and not many locations to find shelter from the weather. Abimael checked in with us and was able to pick us up earlier than anticipated, getting us out of the weather quickly. He was very professional, kind, and offered recommendations of the area and lots of friendly conversation along the way. It was a great start to our vacation!
