We had a handicapped friend with us so at stops getting his wheelchair out required unloading and reloading the trunk, Janis did all that with a smiling face. I would recommend the Turalda castle stop to everyone. Parnu stop is a bit of a waste, except for food - Janis recommended a local restaurant with goo food - but not much else there. The stop is too short for the beach and the town is not very interesting. We got to Tallinn at a goo time, very comfortably and in style and saw a very pretty countryside along the way. Definitely recommend this for connecting from Riga.

The only recommendation I have is to have more people like Vadims escort others like he did for us. Vadims was the best!
My wife has mobility issues, which most drivers accommodate in a more than satisfying way, but Vadims went out of his way to limit her mobility to the point that he would run ahead to get his vehicle and bring it back to us…on a cold and rainy day. We had no time commitments that day so there was no reason to run, but Vadims was trying to keep my wife warm and dry. If that wasn’t above and beyond, our trip details changed the day before Vadims picked us up. We chatted about the reasons why, and the next thing we knew he was on his phone. After his phone call, he said to us he called ahead to determine how we could see a site we thought not possible due to my wife’s mobility issues. We were so pleasantly surprised to experience more of Latvia because Vadims found a way.l His actions and kindness impressed us beyond any expectations.
