"Our experience was excellent. I was a little concerned about how we would communicate but I received a message through What's App and we connected without issue. Our driver was excellent and got us safely to our destination and made sure that we were ok (checked to make sure rental car company spoke English) before he left.
My only recommendation would be to clarify how to communicate in the confirmation instructions. We landed from an international flight and I was unsure how long immigration would take so I left a large time window. We ended up getting through a little early and I was worried about how we would find our driver. Again- it all worked out perfectly but clarifying instructions prior to the trip would help."
