"We couldn’t be more satisfied with our trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. Enid was waiting for us in reception five minutes before our scheduled departure time and helped us with our bags. The drive was pleasant and Enid was personable and informative. The real test, though, was on our arrival. The vrbo reception was crowded and somewhat confusing. Enid navigated some tight spaces and stayed with us to make sure we were not stranded and had transportation to our house. We would have been lost without his assistance.
