"We enjoyed the trip from Matera to Alberobello with Mr. Nicola D. M. as the driver and guide. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. When we arrived at Alberobello, the destination address (a trullo) was in the traffic limited area (ZTL) so he had to stop and drop us off at the edge of ZTL. But rather than leaving, he called the trullo's owner and waited until someone came over to take us to the trullo. This was beyond his assigned duty and we appreciated it very much."
