"We had an absolutely great experience with Errol. He was a bit late for pickup due to traffic but informed me well in advance (it wouldnโt have been a problem if he didnโt as it was only 5-10 minutes but I was very positively surprised that he did!).
Errol is a very professional and pleasant driver and told us many things about Costa Rica and the area we were driving through.
The website and booking system is also very intuitive and everything was clear in every step of the way. In the light of this first experience with DayTrip, I donโt have any feedback to give you on what would need to be improved really :)
