"Our experience was fabulous. The driver was great with communication, keeping in contact with his time of arrival so we could be prepared. He showed up on time and assisted with all of our luggage. The ride itself seemed very smooth, he knew exactly where he was going. Inside the vehicle, it was very clean and comfortable. At our destination he assisted with the unloading of luggage as well. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The second one even provided some chocolate biscuits and apples - which were most welcome on such a long trip. He even asked for my choice of music or I could watch Netflix on his ipad.
Both drivers didn't bother me with too much conversation and allowed me to sleep. They were smartly presented, safe drivers and very kind. Travelling alone it is important for me to feel safe and comfortable and both your drivers delivered on this.
Also, your responsiveness to my queries was impressive. I will recommend and will definitely use you again for future trips. "

"Michal also went above an beyond for us. It was our fault that we didn't purchase our Auschwitz tickets ahead of time but it was also hard to plan because we weren't aware of when exactly weโd get there. We noticed that our estimated time of arrivals to any of the destinations never really matched up to what My Day Trip estimated.
Luckily, Michal messaged me the night before and helped me purchase the tickets as well as rearrange our trip to best suit the time slot available for Auschwitz. I really felt that Michal catered to what he thought would be better sites to see as well as do his best to make sure I got to try authentic Polish food. Just like Mikolaj, Michal was also pretty talkative which was nice. I know he struggled to tell us the history of some places but he could easily google and translate the information for us. He was by far my favorite driver. Thanks to his advice, we got to see almost every major city in Poland."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our one-way trip from Krakow to Wroclaw! :-) Our kind driver, Stanislaw G. arrived at our Krakow hotel 10 min early in a beautiful new BMW. The three-hour drive to Wroclaw passed very fast as Stanislaw knew so much about Polish history, which we were very interested in. It felt like we were being driven my a friend. Upon our arrival in Wroclaw, Stanislaw even carried our luggage up to our rooms. In sum, perfect service! 10/10!!! Thank you so much! :-)
