"Shanthean arrived early and met us at the lobby. It helped that i had reached out to him to clarify the meeting spot, ahead of time.
We departed on time and he was able to make a requested stop for a washroom break (for my parents) an hour into the journey.
Shanthean was friendly, conversant and more importantly a safe driver. He got us to the door step of our hotel in Penang in 2.5h, factoring in some heavy, Saturday traffic.
Considering i booked thru your company VERY last minute (early trains to Penang were sold out!) , and it was a convenient service that catered to the comfort of my parents, it was worth the cost.
I'd recommend this option again, especially for groups of 6-8 (it was a 10 seater) and if travelling with the elderly or those with mobility challenges. "
