Francesco was amazing! The differentiator for your company will be having excellent drivers who essentially double as a tour guide.
Francesco was welcoming from the start. He offered us bottles of water. His English was solid too (having an American wife helped!) — perhaps vetting drivers’ English skills would ensure the quality of your product. His knowledge of the cities we stopped in was appreciated too. For example, he shared restaurant recommendations for Florence.
His van was also spacious with well functioning AC.
Overall it was a great experience!"
