"Our driver Danilo, was professional, communicative, on time, clean vehicle & a very safe driver.
We had a wonderful experience with him.
A couple of suggestions would be to have the driver pick up the passengers directly at the pier versus having to take a bus from the pier to the meeting point outside of the cruise terminal. This was manageable for my husband & myself, however, other passengers with a lot of luggage would not be able to take this step to find the driver.
Secondly, due to the time of the year & length of the trip (3 hours), it would have been nice to have bottled water available for passengers."
"We originally wanted our driver Riccardo to pick us up at 10:30 am but disembarked earlier so we contacted him and he got to the pier as quickly as he could as he was dropping off someone at the airport. Great communication and no problem with a slight change in our plan. He called once he arrived then quickly had us in his vehicle and we were headed to Florence from Civitavecchia. We had an excursion to Civita di Bagnoreggio about an 1 1/2 later. Fantastic sidetrip which we visited for 90 minutes not a problem. He had also made sure we would stop if we needed a bathroom break. Very thoughtful and his concerns were about us and not him getting us to destination as fast as he could even though he did bring us to our hotel rapidly but safely anyways. We talked at length about history and the area we were travelling through. Made the ride go by smoothly and at times when we rested he stayed silent and didnโt bother us when we nodded off here and there. Team Daytrip turned what would have been a stressful journey to one of our highlights after a relaxing cruise. Thank him and everyone else we dealt with at the company for such good and rapid communication no matter what we required. We were dropped off as close as he could take us in busy Florenceโs main square. Professional and courteous he did everything we needed."

"The driver was waiting when we emerged 10 minutes before the arranged time and the car was parked very close to the meeting point. His English was very good, as was his driving, and we felt very comfortable in the car. On the way, he provided some local information and answered our questions. He also scheduled a short rest stop at a coffee shop half way. We were very pleased with the service."

"Our cruise ended at Civitavecchia and we were two couples who wanted to transfer to Florence. Marco met us on the pier at the appointed time (we were both a bit early) helped us into the van. We were taken to the doorstep of our Bnb in Florence.Marco was an excellent, friendly, and accommodating driver. We included stops in Civita di Bagnoregio and Lucignano. These were places well worth visiting. We did not really have enough time in Lucignano for both lunch and visiting. March didn't really give us much infofmation about either stop or in transit. We had not done our homework on Lucignano so without some suggestions from him we didn't get much out this visit. Civita di Bagnoregio was fantastic. All in all it was an excellent experience. Perhaps a brief handout about each of the visits would be helpful
