"Our transfer with Mihaela was good. She is really strong woman. Lifting 6 luggages onto her vehicle. She speaks good English and no problem communicating. We did a stop at Viscri as scheduled.
Miheala enlightened us with the history and some sights along the way. She pointed our Prince of Wales house in Viscri and we stopped on our way out.
She drove right up to the entrance of Casa Cu Cerb and find us the entrance to check in too. She is indeed attentive, caring and drive within limit. We feel safe with her."
"We had Romeo assigned as our driver during our first 3 trips in Romania. Our trip from Brasov to Sighisoara was our second trip with him and we were so happy to see him again. As I mentionned in my other review, he is so personable, speaks excellent English, and almost felt like a family member. We didn't have any stops planned along the way but he made a quick stop for us to Rupea Citadel because "it was on the way and we should really see it." He was in no hurry as he had nothing planned for the rest of the day. Now that is service! He was scheduled to take us the next day to Sibiu and we were looking forward to seeing him again. He is a very professional driver and a wonderful person. We will use Daytrip in the future and will recommend your company services to others.

Besides that, I'd like to address his caring and ultimate niceness when he dropped us at a hotel in Cluj-Napoca. The hotel was self-service with no human on-site. I had a problem with a passcode to enter the hotel, Romeo stayed and helped calling the hotel assistant until everything was nice and smooth before he left.
