The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Giovanni was an absolute pleasure to chat with. He was gentle with the kids and handled our stops with great professionalism. "This was my second time using the company for intercity transfers on my vacations and it has been a wonderful service/experience each time. Roberto arrived at our hotel a few minutes early and even made a stop at an Autogrill after I told him how much I enjoyed visiting them on my last trip to Italy :)
