Communication was excellent. We received quick responses whenever we needed to make changes or ask questions. When we adjusted our car size after booking, the refund was processed so promptly it genuinely surprised us.
Before each segment, we received clear emails with our driver’s contact information, which made everything feel organized and reassuring. Our driver, Gorgi, was a highlight of the trip—friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
