"Both of my trips were fantastic. I had great conversations with both Alfonso on the below route and Daniel from Tarifa to Granada, and I loved that time getting to know them and talk about Spain, cultural differences, etc. In total, your company saved me over 12 hours that i would have otherwise had to spend on public transport. And frankly, i hate public transport, so you also removed a big headache for me. Both men were very professional and represented your company well. It was such a relief knowing that i didnt have to worry about the logistics on a tightly booked trip. I also made a scheduling error when i booked and your team had it fixed within the hour, even though it was my error and not yours. Thats just tremendous customer service. I got great value for the money i paid and i would do it again in a heartbeat.
Anyone i know coming to Europe im going to tell about your company. Maybe expand to the US too, we dont have anything like this there either.
