"At first, there was some confusion on the return trip but the associate found a driver less than a hour. My husband did a day trip to Jaco, round trip from San Jose to Jaco. The traffic was horrible going there and coming back. Despite of the traffic, Alberto accommodated us the entire trip. Alberto was awesome. "Franc was our driver and he was excellent. He was cheerful, helpful and informative throughout our drive from Guacimo to Jaco. He provided information about Costa Rica as well as the area we were travelling through, and was patient with all our many questions. He pointed out trees, sites and had some wonderful stories to share. We did the waterfall walk, and two of us found it challenging. He very kindly brought water to us as we rested near the finish. Offered water and snacks along the way and also offered to stop to see a few places (I chose not to as I was ready to settle in).
