was a lovely young man who was very pleasant in every aspect of our trip, nothing was too much trouble always checking to see if we required any further assistance or wanted to stop if we saw anything interesting on our transfer trip.
One couldnât ask for a nicer driver as he was very respectful to us making sure that we were picked up by our hotel as he rang the hotel requesting our hotel to meet us at a designated location. It is a problematic stop for any driver to drop off and pick up the clients. Thank you for above and beyond.

"We enjoyed our trip from Hallstatt to Salzburg. Jan was extraordinarily helpful and cheerful as our driver. He had noticed that the items in our itinerary was too close together and we would risk missing out on hiking to the ice cave. He helped us to rearrange the visits so that we would visit the Ice Cave first and then the Hohenwerfen Fortress afterwards. It was a good move as by the time we completed the Ice Cave trek, we did not really have time to visit the interior of the fortress. However, it do not matter as we were still able to view it and take pictures of the exterior.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us."
