"We were completely amazed by our experience with Marian. He is the most professional, thoughtful, considerate, kind and generous person we have ever had the good fortune to meet. From the moment he picked us up, perfectly on time, to the drop off at our shipâs port, also perfectly timed, we were treated like absolute royalty. He went above and beyond to create a journey for us that included special sights and a stop at a wonderful restaurant, where we got to enjoy authentic local cuisine. Outside of this VIP treatment, his driving was superb and he played a music playlist that was exactly to our liking. In the end, he gifted us a bottle of champagne for our trip and my husbandâs birthday. It was truly so unexpected.
Marian rearranged his schedule to accommodate the extra stops and he personally walked us to each location-including an uphill trek to a castle. He patiently waited while we made purchases and helped us with our exchange with a vendor when we didnât know the rate. Everyone in my family of six thoroughly enjoyed getting to talk with Marian and he we such a gentleman. We all have remarked how that day spent with him was truly one of the highlights of our two weeks in Europe. That level of kindness and regard is a lost art and we just pray that the goodwill is returned to him as we could not thank him enough!
If he ever wanted to relocate to America, we would be the first to offer him a job with our hotels. I hope you know the gem you have in this man! "
