Our driver Alexandro was the best driver I had with my daytrip. He is kind and great. He told us stories about the cities and gave us tips on what we should look for. If get a chance to book again, we would love to have him as our driver again. "

Dropped us off close to attractions at our 3 stops. Possible improvements. "We took three of your shuttle services during our trip to Italy. All of them were adequate, but our trip from Florence to Rome was superior due in no small part to our driver, Giampaolo.
We were traveling on my 57th birthday. My wife, who was unable to join us on this trip, contacted him and he went out of his way to dress up the inside of the vehicle with signs and balloons, and picked party horns, etc. That is customer service! Above and beyond!
He was extremely personable and made the trip very memorable. He was very happy to share his knowledge about the region and was very attentive to all in our party. Giampaolo is a rock star!!!

"We got a call from the front desk of the Cisterna Hotel in San Gimignano telling us our driver had arrived. He confirmed our itinerary and he made some suggestions. I have no idea how one drives in small alley ways like he did in San Gimigano. We are so glad we had a driver because driving in Italy can be very challenging. He was a great driver!!! We felt safe in the vehicle with him. We decided to change plans and go to Siena. Best suggestion ever!!! We loved Siena!!! I have to say that he was probably the best driver we had!!!! I have no doubt that Mirco M. is well sought out and an asset to any company he works for. It was our pleasure getting to meet him.
