"Now to Carlos, first please let him know that we finished the Camino. I forgot to mention that in all that madness of catching flights, our domestic airline left all our baggage back in Barcelona, so we had none of our hiking gear to do the Camino, only our boots and what we were wearing that day. Needless to say, it was a stressful time, and Carlos really was the first person to help us on a day where we really needed help. He offered to take us to the mall to get clothes (we declined, we really just wanted to get to Sarria after such a long day) and he took us to a couple of gas stations along the way to grab food and supplies. After being on the phone with the airline trying to get our baggage found and sent, it was much more pleasant talking to Carlos. He's a good man, and I don't know what you guys are paying him, but you gotta do whatever you can to keep him around, because he made such a great difference in our day, a day where we felt truly defeated and tired and not sure we'd even do the Camino. In the end, we made it to Sarria, and there's no way we would have been able to do it without your service and Carlos agreeing to take us all that way. Needless to say, we didn't get our luggage until we arrived in Santiago, but we got new bags, poles, clothes, etc. the next day, and though we faced many more challenges on the Camino, we were able to start it in Sarria and finish in Santiago. We couldn't have done it without you guys, so thank you. Let me know if there's any other feedback I could provide to help.
