Our driver arrived early and communicated really well with us before and during our trip. He was professional and courteous. We had a very comfortable vehicle and arrived at our destinations safely. He was flexible if needed and always ensured we knew the plan for every stop. This was really the best way to explore 3 whole cities/ sites along the way to Lisbon from Porto or vice versa. We enjoyed being able to cater the day to our needs and have the safety of our luggage watched while doing so (no luggage storage at stations etc). Waters provided. We recommend this service and will definitely be using them again in the future. "

Luis was highly professional from pick-up and throughout the day. Helped to load our bags and was very attentive to the comfort of my family as we started the daytrip. He takes great pride in his country and had historical knowledge of each stop on the way. Stopping at various sites, he walked with us and pleasantly took on the role of a tour guide. What a great surprise and really added a nice education of Portugal throughout the day.
Luis managed everything beautifully. We spent the day together as a family but he was always there to help when assistance was needed. A true skill!
The drop-off at Coimbra highlighted how exceptional he was. We were navigating very narrow streets at the University but he skillfully managed to get us very close to our Air BnB. He helped us roll/carry our luggage about 500m to the address but it was not the right place. He looked at my wife's reservation details and quickly asked a few businesses to understand where the apartment was. It was a another 20m away and he continued along with luggage and helped us to the very end until we were able to settle down.
Throughout the day, Luis was very calm and a true joy to chat with. It wasn't until he was 100% satisfied that we were settled in at Coimbra that he quietly excused himself and wished us a pleasant journey.

"Paulo was an entertaining and informative guide. He also provided us with local savoury snacks.
We originally had six stops booked but Paulo suggested that was too many so reduced to four; Obidas, Nazare, Batalha and Fatima. We did try to go into Coimbra but students were graduating so we got blocked at every turn. We were very pleased that we were not driving!"
