Our entire experience with Vasupat was perfect, and could not have been any better.
Vasupat messaged us with plenty of time prior to picking us up to touch base, and confirm he was our driver, while including an image of his vehicle
Vasupat arrived at our hotel with plenty of time before our scheduled departure, and immediately introduced himself and took our bags for us to the car
When we departed, we were told how long our drive would take, and to let him know if we needed to stop for any reason
At almost exactly the halfway point, Vasupat asked if we wanted to stop, and already knew the perfect place to stop for the bathroom and to buy a drink
We were around three quarters of the way to our destination when it began raining heavily, so Vasupta suggested that we change our route, which would add an extra 30km to our drive, as that route was safer in the wet, avoiding the bendy mountain roads
When we arrived at our destination, Vasupat took our bags out of the car to the front desk of our destination hotel and thanked us
Throughout all interactions, Vasupat was extremely polite and was also a very safe and efficient driver

Our group have been discussing and thinking and we must say that the trip, the driver (always keeping an eye on us, water, and stopping at 2 hours without even being need to ask for it) and the van (excepcional Seats; very comfortable. and the possibility to control the air conditioner, directions and amount of air in each "exit"), all was exceptional.
Very hard to improve. One idea, but I must say not mandatory at all, maybe the stop could have been in a place/oil station that has the possibility to grab something to eat/drink quickly.
