"Our trip from Bucharest to Sibiu was great. Andrei was very courteous and attentive, regularly offering comfort or refreshment stops if required. His car was clean and comfortable and we felt safe at all times. Even when our accommodation host phoned us 30 minutes before arrival at the destination to inform us of a property change of address, Andrei spoke directly to them by phone and sorted out the new nearby destination and delivered us there hassle free.
