"We are full of praise for Rosta who went above and beyond to make our trip extremely smooth and enjoyable. As my friend injured her foot, he made sure he went as close as possible to our desired sites to shorten the walking distance. His experience as a history teacher also educated us about the places of visit. He even went in the rain to help us locate the key to our air b&b apartment and carried all our heavy bags to it. We are most grateful and highly recommend him."

I had many questions about the people of Slovakia, the food customs, the history of the country, etc., and he answered them all. He even showed us around our destination city of Bratislava when we first arrived. He made restaurant recommendations and suggested points of interest to see. He was flexible at our two stops along the way, allowing more time or less time as we wished. And he asked us if we were interested in a âbonusâ stop along the way. We said âyesâ and he took us to a high scenic point where we had a view of both Vienna and Bratislava. It was great!

Even though this trip was over a month ago, I do want to let you know how marvellous Jan was!
Jan was well presented and on time when he picked my friend Helen and I up from the Zara Boutique Hotel in Budapest to drive us to Cesky Krumlov. Jan was so friendly, obliging, helpful - he was just the very best! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he talked about the sights we were passing along the way. His driving was excellent, very safe indeed and absolutely no doubts about his skills there - we had complete confidence in him for the entire trip. We detoured via Bratislava and he escorted us around the town, pointing out particular points of interest and when I asked him about the sculpture of the man coming out of the manâhole on the footpath, he so kindly googled the location in reference to where we were and he took us there â now that was so very kind of him! Jan also offered to take us via Vienna which didnât really work out but that was not a problem â he was just so considerate and keen to help.
Jan really did go above and beyond our expectations of our first experience with a private driver transfer. If you have people like him on your team you will do exceptionally well!
Please again acknowledge our deepest appreciation to Jan of his care of us on that day, and of course I wish you every success with your business. I would certainly recommend you and use you again if I am ever in lucky enough to visit again!

He was most kind and considerate to us and suggested a couple of changes to our itinerary that we also were thinking would be best so that we could arrive a little earlier.
