"Michal also went above an beyond for us. It was our fault that we didn't purchase our Auschwitz tickets ahead of time but it was also hard to plan because we weren't aware of when exactly we’d get there. We noticed that our estimated time of arrivals to any of the destinations never really matched up to what My Day Trip estimated.
Luckily, Michal messaged me the night before and helped me purchase the tickets as well as rearrange our trip to best suit the time slot available for Auschwitz. I really felt that Michal catered to what he thought would be better sites to see as well as do his best to make sure I got to try authentic Polish food. Just like Mikolaj, Michal was also pretty talkative which was nice. I know he struggled to tell us the history of some places but he could easily google and translate the information for us. He was by far my favorite driver. Thanks to his advice, we got to see almost every major city in Poland."

"Marcin was very animated and informative. There was nothing he did not know. The 8 hour trip went by so quickly. The car was comfortable and roomy. We had 2 side trips on the way. Marcin did not hurry us, instead gave us the opportunity to really enjoy every aspect. He was a great driver and a wonderful character. Loved the service. "Our driver, Radoslaw, was very good and helpful. He arrived on time ,spoke good English and could even understand our Australian accent. Radoslaw telephoned ahead to let our accommodation know when we were arriving and then helped carry our bags when it became obvious we were located in the Old Town and cars were not allowed. [something our accommodation had not told us]. My sisters and I were glad we had taken up your option of a side trip. Firstly because it was interesting but also because it gave us time in a rural area as well as breaking a longish journey. It was a hot day and water was provided We did think the car was to be a toyota Camry but end up with a corolla but 2 large suit cases and 1median suit cases fitted in the boot with a bit of manipulation
