"Yesterday I was picked up from Podgorica, stopped for an hour and a half in Shkoder, then on to Tirana by Rigels Fida.
Starting with the communication, he confirmed the day before, he arrived on time, the car was clean, he let me sit in the front seat so I could seeâŠ. and while I had thought he would be merely a driver, we ended up having what I felt like weâre great conversations, where I learned so much about Albania and the customs and culture.
He reassured me we could stop anywhere I wanted for pictures and he never made me feel bad about asking.
I probably chatted his ear off and asked 1 million questions but he never seemed to be annoyed. Even when we were trying to navigate through traffic, although I did stop during that time!!
He was such a gentleman and assisted with my luggage and helped me find the entrance to the boutique hotel where I am staying.

Our trip from Podgorica to Tetovo was fantastic!
Our driver, Igor, was great. He was a great, safe driver. He was on time, actually early, and great to spend the day with.
He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about everywhere we visited.
The vehicle was like new & the air conditioning worked great (it was a hot day)
Coming from the USA we donât need your services that often, but based on my experiences, twice so far, I plan on using you anytime my travels require it. I also have recommended you to friends as an option to consider for transport when you want to see more than from a plane. In our case, it was even less expensive (for 4) and quicker than flying. We got to briefly visit 2 new countries - Albania & Kosovo on the way.

Filip arrived on time to pick us up and the car was very clean and modern. His English was excellent and he was very polite and friendly. His driving was very good, and we felt safe.
Even though we had a couple of delays at the borders, we arrived at our destination about on time. Filip was planning to drive back and be home for midnight, so hopefully he made it safely
If I could offer anything as opportunities to improve, I would say the the diversion to Shkoder seemed a little odd as all we did was stop for lunch, and Filip was not really sure what we were there to see or do, so perhaps if he was briefed on the itinerary in advance we may have seen a little more. Certainly not a complaint though"
