"Our driver, Farid, truly went above and beyond with outstanding service. He was stuck in traffic on his way to Santiago airport, but kept me informed on his progress via WhatsApp, so there was no anxiety on our part. We relaxed and had a cup of coffee and waited a short time for his pickup.
On our journey there was some confusion in my mind about the exact address of our destination in Valparaiso, so I called our host there and asked Farid to speak with her about the directions. He knew the city and quickly understood how to get to the right place, which would have been very tricky for us without his help.
Finally, on our arrival, he helped us carry our bags from the car into the apartment and acted as interpreter while our host explained all the features of the place. He must have taken at least 15 minutes extra time to make sure we were settled.
Five stars doesn’t seem like a high enough score for such service!"
